Primary Tasks
Handles monthly remittance of employees’ monthly government contributions (SSS, PAGIBIG, Philhealth and BIR)Act as liaison with government institutions like SSS, Philhealth, Philhealth, Pag ibig and DOLEProcess statutory compensation-related documents such as Certificate of Contribution. Mateternity, Sickness benefit certification, reimbursements and othersManage leave benefit administrationMaintains employee information with government institutions (SSS, PAGIBIG, Philhealth and BIR)Provide support to TMD-Payroll, Compenben and Rewards Specialist with processing payroll for Frankie’s Headquarters employeesOrganize regular orientation and update on statutory and company-initiated benefits to keep employees well-informed and educated of their benefitsReceive request and process both government or company loan Ensuring that payments for statutory are requested and made timelyAdminister HMO program and liaise between company and HMO providerAdminister GPA Insurance Program and liaise between company and GPA Insurance providerKey Tasks
Conducts Salary and labor market research to define benchmarks Assessing the organization’s pay structureResearching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveysevaluating compensation policiesEnsuring that the pay practices comply with Philippine Labor LawAdministering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)Researching and analyzing benefits plans, programs, and policiesMaking recommendations based on data analysesJob Qualifications:
