Required Licenses, Certifications, and other Requirements
➣Current US RN License Required.
➣Minimum 1 year phone-based customer service or BPO experience is required.
➣1 year actual nursing experience in the US is preferred but not required.
➣ PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME (EQUIPMENT PROVIDED)
➣MUST HAVE AT LEAST 25MBPS
Required Skills and Competencies
➣Advanced knowledge of medical terminology
➣ Proficient in Conversational English.
➣Thorough knowledge of grammar, document creation, and APA format techniques.
➣Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
➣Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and critical thinking skills.
➣Proficient with Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
➣Able to navigate complex tasks with objectives and resolutions.
➣Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent and flexible.
➣Ability to multitask and focus on task completion with little direction or need supervisory follow up.
➣Actively embraces and makes use of collaborative problem solving, diverse viewpoints, and unique
skillsets.
➣Amenable to work during US working hour.
