• Monitor status and time period the loan has been in the “pipeline” and draft a Reg. B Request for Additional Information Letter-“Reg. B Letter” when needed. The date by which the Reg. B. Letter should be sent to the Underwriter will be communicated to the CSA as the date is agreed upon by management.
• Set tickler for the expiration of the “Reg. B Letter.”
• Send withdrawn and “Reg B declined letters and necessary documentation to appropriate departments and send partial package to file room.
• Confers with customer by telephone or in person to determine reason for overdue payment and review terms of sales, service, or credit contract.
• Receives payments and posts amount paid to customer account.
