Eligibility:
Nursing Board Exam; RA 1080
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing with at least Nine (9) units in management course at the graduate level
Training:
Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training within the last five (5) years
Work Experience:
Three (3) years of relevant experience
