Research, Monitoring & Learning Coordinator

To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a Research, Monitoring & Learning Coordinator. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic researcher who has the drive to excel. This position will work closely with mClinica’s research associate and consultants, data analytics and program teams across the region to generate, analyze and apply quality data to increase pharmacy contributions to tuberculosis, HIV/STI, family planning, non-communicable diseases, COVID-19 and antimicrobial resistance.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Senior Vice President Public Health and research advisor consultants to set the strategy and standards for Research, Monitoring and Learning.Work with other research, analytics and program monitoring team members to develop quality protocols, questionnaires, analysis plans and monitoring reports to ensure alignment with standards for public health research and monitoring.Facilitate data-to-decision research and monitoring interpretation and application efforts to optimize use of data to improve public health outcomes generated through SwipeRx.Develop guidance and templates for monitoring reports covering digital professional education, awareness and activation.Supervise Research & Monitoring Associate to ensure standards are met and overall research/monitoring resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.Write or review/edit reports/papers and slide decks summarizing analysis results.Contribute to business development efforts including concept/proposal writing as requested.

Requirements

Masters of Public health and at least 4 years-experience designing and analyzing public health research study and monitoring databased –and able to work legally in Southeast Asia, HCMC, Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok or ManilaDemonstrated quantitative research methodology and analysis expertise, with additional qualitative expertise an added advantage.Experience using quantitative and qualitative analysis tools such as Stata, Python, R, and/or DeDoose.Exceptional English writing skills are essential.
