Position Summary

Acts on the health and safety needs of team members and ensures that health and safety standards of the company are met through the conduct of efficient clinic services. Provides first aid and other basic medical treatments as needed.

Functional Responsibilities

Provides clinic services for all team members seeking basic medical assistance (i.e.disbursement of basic medicines and medical procedures).Gives appropriate emergency or first-aid management to patients on any medical condition or work-related trauma case. Refers any medical/emergency case to a higher healthcare facility.Develops adequate health and wellness programs. Provides recommendations on Wellness activities as preventive measures or to address health-related concerns based on the medical cases recorded.Gives health teaching, awareness, counseling and education on how to detect and prevent medical illnesses.Provides regular reports on the prevalent illnesses and health status of team members.Supports other HR initiatives and programs, especially during company events.

Job Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in NursingRequired Certification: Licensure Exam for nurses, First Aid, Basic Life Support1-2 years clinical nursing experience in an industrial setting within the call center, customer service, or any labor-intensive industry (i.e. manufacturing). Has performed basic HR activities.
