MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS
onsite Supervision and overall management of the Agri-tourism projects at various GERI sites ensure the success of various programs offered.Provide a benchmark agri-tourism facility that we can replicate and apply to appropriate GERI projects by proposing various materials, designs, technologies, equipment, layout and other necessary components in order to have a successful Agri-tourism project.Provide financial feasibility studies, projections and monitoring of overall financial performance of the project.Initiate Purchase Order requests, Memos, Site instructions and other related project management functions.Establish a standard maintenance system that addresses plant diseases, pest control and plan management practices appropriate to the specific agri-tourism program.Attend various seminars, symposia and activities that will further enhance our understanding of current trends and technologies in the field of Agri-tourism.Manage the Agri-tourism third party gardeners and maintenance personnel and ensure that contracts, payroll and accomplished and submitted in a timely manner.Ensure that the signed contracts and agreements with any third party service and maintenance providers are lawfully enforced, and that all responsibilities and scope of work are carried-out.Establish and maintain consultation with the Executive Division, regarding safety procedures, systems and other concerns.PROJECT COORDINATION
Coordinates with Operations Division’s In-house Project manager, Project manager, Project Architects and Project Engineers-in charge of the site.Ensures proper coordination with the Homeowners Associations, Property Management & Estate Management where the specific Agri-tourism program is located.Attends site coordination meetings as needed.Provide quarterly reports discussing current status of various programs and propose improvements and adjustments should the need arise.Attends to and addresses queries from bidders, contractors and suppliers, and the Contracts, Procurement and Project management Division during the course of the bidding process.OTHER FUNCTIONS
Other functions related to work as instructed by the AVP, VP, and the Executive Committee.Job Requirements:
