Communicate and provide updates to Glencore regarding shipment preparations, requirements and issuesCollaborate and finalize with Traffic on the shipment timings and schedulingevaluate, interpret and execute the agreed terms in the Sales ContractWork together with BPP, Dore, AP, Cargo, Port, etc. on the shipment intentions, timings and scheduling Collaborate with Service Providers to ensure the effectiveness of the overall logistics operation – from document preparation to container hustling/stuffing and gate-inEnsure export shipments follow the international shipping rules and regulationsProvide accurate shipping documents to Glencore – most importantly, provide an accurate interpretation of all the Payable calculations and deductionsAcknowledge the Quotational Period advise and declare the Payable metal figures for hedging (for adjustments, if any)Process all shipment related billings for paymentProvide daily Acid Simulation to Glencore (Mondays and Fridays to Plant) Provide and support Finance for their month-end requirements (Cost and Sales accruals, FTM Cost of Sales, FTM Actual Costs, and FTM, YTD Anode & Dore SalesProvide monthly By-products position to Glencore Traders for their sales and shipment planningArea of Assignment: Commercial Fixed-Term Duration: 6 monthsQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any fieldMust have at least 2 years’ working experience in in logistics, marketing or sales Computer skills (MS Office Applications, Webpcs 7, Sales Invoice System)Analytical skills
