Senior Operations Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise, monitor and lead the team to achieve objectivesReceive, process and verify customer's purchase order against sales quotation and acknowledge customer order in a timely manner.Monitor incoming shipments to ensure delivery commitment to customer are met.Prepare Delivery Order & Invoice for delivery to customers as well as documentation for export shipment.Pick and pack the stocks and liaise with logistics on delivery arrangement to customer.Follow-up with principal on order acknowledgement, monitor estimated delivery date (ETD) and estimated time arrival (ETA).Consolidate shipments, negotiate and follow-up with forwarders to ensure timely delivery and cost saving on inwards freight.Follow-up with forwarders on the documentation for all incoming charges incur.Inspect physical stocks upon arrival at warehouse and store at the designated locked location.Carry out monthly stock-count and reconcile the variances.Any other ad-hoc tasks again.Job RequirementCandidate ideally should possess at least a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or relevant fieldsAt least 4 years of working experience in Shipping and Inventory Management.Good knowledge in paperwork administration and customer service.Proficient in Microsoft excel and experience in SAP B1 will be an advantage.Experience and knowledgeable in dealing with Bureau of Custom Officer, Forwarding agent &brokerage in import and export of goodsWell verse with the shipping regulations and documentationTeam player with leaderships skills Work independently in a dynamic and fast paced environmentGood command in English (both written & verbal).
