COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.At least 10-15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, importation, Sourcing, CustomResponsible for Raw Material and Packaging material procurement through strategic sourcingResponsible for logistics and shipment operations.Activities related to the proper discharge of above responsibilities such as planning, budgeting, staffing, training, alternate vendor development and assessment, establishing controls and processes, legal compliances, adherence to corporate governance standards regarding procurement processes and supply chains.  Oversee contract development and administration.Monitor and evaluate unrolling contractsProvide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls and processes.Prepare Purchase Order (PO) for all raw materials, spare parts, fixed assets and services as per Proforma Invoice (PI)/quotation/email received from supplier after due approval.Purchase all local items including petty cash items.Maintaining all the records for raw materials.Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate.Preparation of all required MIS reports and distribution to relevant authorities (Head Office, Auditor or for ISO purpose) in a timely manner.Sourcing / Canvassing high value items / project-capex related.Negotiation on capex / project and other high value items only.Provide shipment instructions for all sites.Responsible in the checking of duties and taxes.Responsible for the import and Export transaction related compliance.Responsible of logistics / transferring of cargo to other IVPPC sites.Handling scrap disposal for all sites.Responsible for Supplier Management.Responsible for import and Export Renewal Applications and Monitoring.
