Responsibilities:
· Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure orders are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
· Provide outstanding internal and external support, provide guidance, and take action
to drive resolution of issues
· Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Renewals, Collections, Legal, and Revenue departments and become subject matter expert on Order Management
· Partner with Billing and Collections team to resolve all invoicing issues in a timely manner
· Introduce improvements to improve accuracy of processing / reporting and increase
efficiencies
· Effectively lead, train, mentor, and motivate direct reports to build a world-class Order Management team
· Supervise workload and adjust coverage to balance volume across team
· Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, with ability to work non-standard
hours
· Support ad-hoc assignments as required
Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree required or related operational field or equivalent practical experience
· 6+ years relevant work experience
· 3+ years leading an order management team
· Strong leadership and communication skills, organized and able to multi-task
· Experience with Salesforce.com, Salesforce CPQ, Netsuite a plus
· Intermediate knowledge of excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.)
· Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment
