Develops and implements Recruitment strategies and systems to achieve standard turn around time for placement of internal or external talentsParticipates in manpower planning and identification of recruitment strategies done as neededConducts end to end recruitment process (sourcing, assessment, interviews, coordination of interviews and salary offer, onboarding etc.) for positions according to standard recruitment turnaround time Ensures that the Recruitment report and applicants database are regularly maintained and updated for tracking and filing purposesDesigns, implements, reviews and improves of recruitment policy and strategies to address manpower needs.Utilizes various recruitment sources, portals and headhunters according to standard recruitment turnaround time.
