I. BUSINESS PARTNERING
Build and develop a strong relationship with business partners and stakeholders both in the
branch/corporate office and external partners to ensure effective talent acquisition plans and strategies
are implemented; assist in the implementation of hiring process, different recruitment
activities/programs, projects, employer branding and compliance requirements.
II. EXECUTION OF TALENT ACQUISITION STRATEGIES
Ensure efficient implementation of hiring procedures thru constant coordination with Regional HR Heads,
branch HRBPs and Functional Heads to provide feedback on challenges encountered during execution,
help needed to resolve concerns and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Manage Recruitment Programs and Projects
· Plan and manage all recruitment programs and activities in line with recruitment goals; Carry out
multiple tasks or projects at the same time, ability to follow through and finish on committed
timelines, provide updates on a regular basis.
· Ensure the team has access to the widest pool of candidates. Network with different industries by
attending conferences, job fairs, seminars, etc.
· Incorporate different perspectives and take balanced view of situations. Recognize priorities and
evaluate risks to come up with appropriate plan of action.
Forecast and Plan
· Plans the efficient use of resources and monitors progress to achieve quality results, timely, and in
a cost-effective way. Prioritize, anticipates crucial stages in projects. Formulates alternative means
of achieving objectives.
· Work with the team leaders and Functional Heads in order to anticipate future hiring needs. Plan
and develop recruitment strategies in advance.
Process Management
- Lead the team’s performance and keep track of TA's metrics/KPI to understand challenges
and address them quickly. Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks
relating to fill rate, turnaround time and candidate satisfaction.
- Critically evaluate current hiring procedures and modify them accordingly. Oversee implementation and evaluate efficiency.
· Fill Rate
- Ensure all openings are filled following Company hiring processes, consulting with hiring managers and/or Business Partners.
· Turnround Time
- Measure the efficiency of the recruiting process from applications to deployment; ensure to meet the agreed SLA per level. ·
Sourcing Channel Efficiency
- Monitor and motivate the team in optimizing all sourcing channels. Identify the best sourcing tools on each zone.
· Talent Acquisition System
- Ensure the completeness and correctness of data into the system.
· Compliance and Reports
- Cascade directions and ensure implementation of internal and external compliance requirements; provide guidance on the implementation of latest hiring requirements - Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
III. TEAM AND SELF-DEVELOPMENT
Build and promote self- and team development as effective business partners to drive high performance and effective demonstration of the company’s values; lead developmental programs for the branch, ensure teams are regularly updated on new or changed policies, processes, or systems; and engage all employees to take ownership of individual and continuous professional growth/development
Qualifications:
With Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management & Development. Advanced study in Human Resources Management, Organization Development is an advantage.With at least 3 years work experience in a leadership capacity in talent acquisition.Other Skills: Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, Communication Skills, Coaching Skills
