Assistant Logistics Supervisor

1. Plans and schedules specific delivery trucks per territorial route.2. Monitors regularly the delivery vehicles’ condition and coordinates to fleet section the truck breakdown.3. Ensures that all territorial and feeder routes will have assigned vehicles on a particular operation. Informs assigned personnel of any schedule changes.4. Supervises feeder crew and truckers’ personnel to achieve on-time and correct delivery.5. Coordinates distribution activities with the interfacing group and all other concerned parties.6. Ensures accurate products delivered in feeding stations and key accounts outlets and correct returns of trays and exchange bread in the plant.7. Initiates contingency plans in case of unexpected incidents in the operation.8. Reviews, monitors, and ensures compliance with ISO-related requirements.9. Participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization.10. Direct and review the work plan for assigned staff.11. Develops delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies.12. Meet with staff to identify and resolve problems.13. Assist with budget preparation and administration.14. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time after being given appropriate training.15. Acts in absence of Distribution SupervisorQualifications:Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering or any 4-year course with equivalent working experience and background in handling distribution operationsWith at least 3 years of solid working experience in Logistics Operations preferably in manufacturing, commissary, and distribution companies.Should know cGMP, HACCP, ISO, awareness in HALAL standards, and other applicable regulatory requirements.Willing to be assigned in Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
