Description of position & purpose
The Legal Operations Contract Administrator
responsible for creating and submitting contract packagedrafting of proposed agreements, gathering supporting documentation for contract terms, contract administration and analysis.collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure accurate capture of contract terms and conditions.document the negotiated contract pricing, terms and conditionscollaborate with legal staff to draft the final negotiated contract terms, conditions and exhibits for each contract proposal.Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Degree in Law / Legal or Paralegal is preferred but not required.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Contract Administration, Paralegal, Contract documentation and Pricing
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
