Convey Health Solutions is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our Call Center Member Operations Team. We are recruiting talented individuals that are looking to join a fast paced and exciting organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Update account information such as billing options and changes of address or phone numbersEducate members on how the supplemental benefit works, including benefit amounts, and products available, and frequency of coverage.Identify member complaints and grievances and escalate according to client specific procedures.Assist health plan members with inquiries related to their benefits and/or orders placed.Process requests for items received from health plan members via mail or phone callLook up over-the-counter medicines on the formulary to verify if they are offered, and if a drug is not offered provide an explanation as to why.Education and Experience:
Senior High School graduate or at least College levelMust have at least 6 months customer service experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentHealthcare and/or pharmacy industry experience a plusGood communications skillsGood computer skillsAbility to multitaskOther Requirements:
Willing to work on-site and in Mandaluyong City.Willing to work on night shift or other shifts as may be required.Must have valid NBI Clearance.
