EMAPTA Versatile Services is looking for a friendly and hard-working Customer Service Representative to join our team in Makati.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and emails, answering customer questions and complaints, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Candidates must be able to multi-task and converse on the phone while utilizing the computer for long periods of time and must remain upbeat, even when faced with a difficult situation.

Key Responsibilities

Handling customer service and technical support inquiries – both via email and over the phoneAssist customers with billing questions and subscription changes, account questions and updates, troubleshooting, and other product knowledge questions.Assisting with onboarding of new customers, including inputting new orders in the CRM, collection of documents, and managing the onboarding pipeline from approval to customer activationMaintaining and building good relationships with customers through proactive engagementActively calling new and existing customers to ensure complete satisfaction and quickly resolve or escalate any issues that may arise Where necessary ensure reactive escalations to support and technical teams and assist with resolution management when requiredCollaborate effectively with all functions of the business to ensure positive outcomes for our customers. This would involve working closely with the Customer Success Manager.Regularly and proactively follow up and track client satisfaction, continuously working to improve the customer onboarding & implementation experience.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and positive outcomesExcellent communication skills through oral, written, and in-person mediums.A good understanding of the finance, banking, or payments industry is desirablePrior experience in customer support, account management, or relationship managementThe ability to prioritize your workload in a changing environmentAn attention to detail and superior organization skills.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

A Bachelor’s Degree or completed 2 years in college, or 2-year degree technical or a vocational course in collegeExcellent English communication skillsAt least 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative handling billing and technical supportThe ability multi-task and ask customers intuitive questions to understand the exact issueCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesA strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environmentA professional and friendly attitude and ability to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phoneAn ability to handle stressful situations appropriatelyConsistent in attendance and stable work history
