The BIGGEST distributor of FOTON VEHICLES is in need of Customer Relations Officer.
PRIMARY RESPonSIBILITIES :
Acts as a singe point of contact for all customers in case of concerns received from hotline, email and social media accounts. Coordinate and endorse to Dealers and Chery Aftersales Zones Manager and ensure concern resolution.Creates and regularly updates database for all customer concerns receieved and ensure customer satisfaction.Contributes to CSD profitability to achieve sales targets through various service marketing activities.Contributes to improve customer retention.Improve customer service experience by providing customer feedback/comments received from CSI calls. Create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.Generates monthly customer complaint monitoring report.MAJOR RESPonSIBILITIES :1. Assist in Customer - Businesss Communications.2. Coordinates with dealer Customer Relation Officer / Service Manager and Chery Afetrsales Zones Manager.3. Monitor Customer Care Strategies.4. Collaborate to Ensure Customer Satisfaction.5. Support delear Operation to achieve units received and parts sales through various programs.
EDUCATION :Graduate of a 4 year course prefetably with marketing, communication and hospitality background.
EXPERIENCE :- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer relations in the service industry.- Has excellent time management skills.- Has experience working in a diverse organization.- Experience in handling complaints and inquiries.
KNOWLEDGE :- Knowledge of market research, communication methods, analysis- Proficient in the use of word, excel, powerpoint.
