HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRIESGive product & service feedback to immediate superior for endorsement to concerned department
OPERATE IN-HOUSE SOFTWARETransact the SM Advantage/Prestige/Global Pinoy/TK Amazing claiming of personalized/renewal/replacement card on the system
RECORD MERCHANDISE RETURNSFacilitate endorsement of returned merchandise to respective departments
CLEAN THE AREAOrganize returned items in the designated pigeon holes, properly arrange the supplies inside the cabinets
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least College level or Bachelor's Degree in any business courseStrong communication skills and phone etiquette.
