Client Relations Junior Officer (Cavite Based)

Job Summary:Handles customer queries and complaints by rendering excellent customer service and providing reliable, accurate and timely information on products and services.Duties and Responsibilities:He/She will be responsible for assisting buyers and agents based on job orders endorsed by different operating units.Accepts and evaluates requests and requirements of buyers.Prepares needed documents by buyers and ensures proper transmittal to departments concerned.Monitors waiting time for all walk-in clients.Handles inquiries received via email and phone within agreed service level agreeement.Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.With strong customer service orientationHighly organized and attentive to detailCan work under pressure.Good communication skillsGood organizational skillsAble to deliver work with accuracy and on time.Able to work independently as well as in team environment.Able to maintain focus while multi-tasking in a competitive, high-energy environment.Willing to work on weekends
