We are looking for a dynamic Retention Consultants to assist the existing accounts; you will deal directly with our clients to find out what issues they are facing to provide solutions, responsibility of delivering financial returns, but keeping clients at the forefront of any decisions. You are responsible for ensuring that all clients and personal information of clients are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy. To be successful as a Retention Consultant, you should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for sales. Ultimately, a top-class Retention Consultant is able to improve sales by creating lasting bonds with customers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Track all assigned clients activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
· Design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business
· Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism
· Understand and demonstrate knowledge in market trends and competition
· Contact all the assigned clients by both telephone and email
· Increase Sales with regular follow up calls and schedule clients
· Build rapport, listen, clarify and manage conversational flow
· Helped customers/client to show their trade situation & market trend
· Manage upset customers/client, conflicts and challenging situations
· Provide satisfactory solution to customers/client issues
· Meet and/or exceed quotas
Job Specifications:
· Excellent customer service skills
· At least a year of work experience in the call center industry
· Strong conflict resolution skills
· Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
· Advanced organizational skills
· At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role/Outbound/Telemarketing/online Trading
· Highly self-motivated
· Working knowledge of CRM systems
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
· Must have a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and a team player
· Willing to work on-site
