Marketing Associate | Dayshift and Hybrid

MicroSourcing is looking for Sales and Marketing Associates to work with one of the leading Before and After School Care providers in Australia!

Qualifications:

2 or more years of experience in marketing, communication, or stakeholder managementProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointGood communication and organizational skillsHaving prior experience with SurveyMonkey, Mailchimp, Hubspot, and Zendesk, UTM tracking, and an understanding of marketing and Call To Actions (CTAs) is a plus!

Job Description:

This role is tasked with supporting the Brand Manager in the development and action of communications and activity to support the Marketing team’s key business requirements. This includes supporting the Marketing team with the proofreading, editing, formatting and organisation of key assets. In addition, this role will assist with creating and delivering a communications calendar for families to support the Sales team in the re-contracting effort through owning and distributing in newsletters, communications, and family surveys. This role will also require the associate to assist the Marketing team with key marketing activity such as monitoring the email inbox, sending, and creating communications and assets, updating, and tracking data, and more.

Assist with campaigns to support recontracting effortsAssist with programming campaigns including set-up, editing, formatting, collation and trackingAssist with marketing communications plan including set-up, review, schedule and trackingExecute B2C communication campaign within comms platformReporting on campaigns
