SOCIAL MEDIA/ MARKETING OFFICER:
(for Glass Garden Events Venue- Pasig City)
· Developing social media content that is consistent with the company’s
brand identity.
· Maintaining a strong social media presence of the company.
· prompt communication with potential leads and customers via social
media, email and in person.
· Preparing monthly reports on marketing efforts.
· Assisting clients during ocular visits to present the venue’s features and
services.
· Booking of events and reaching sales targets.
· Monitoring pre-event preparations and the actual event proper.
· Other activities may include food tasting events.
· Performing other duties when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Public
Relations.
· Proven 2 years of working experience in sales or marketing.
· Experience in the events industry is not necessary.
· Excellent communication, writing and photo editing skills.
· Knowledge in social media analytics is a plus.
· Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good organizational
ability.
· Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
and meet deadlines.
· Decision making skills and ability to exercise calm under pressure.
