SEO Outreach Specialist (WORK FROM HOME)

Overview

The SEO Outreach Specialist is responsible for overseeing the outreach strategy for new media, executing outreach strategy with email automation tools, prospecting and qualifying new media partners, and managing ongoing communication with media partners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategy, setup, planning and execution of outreach campaigns in email outreach software.Oversee personalization of email pitches, and copy-check for quality prior to campaign launches.Proactively prospect for new media partners by cold outreach to the company’s target market across different communication channels.Track progress with CRM systems to provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management.Proactively collaborate with colleagues in other departments to meet operational objectives.Generate reports and analysis as needed by management.

Skills & Qualifications

Must have excellent English fluent written and professional communication with strong email, phone and chat etiquette with seamless computer literacy skills.Experience in spinning up outbound email campaigns preferred.Experience utilizing marketing techniques and lead generation processes with CRM toolsMust have integrity and keep confidentiality in all client and supplier interactions.Must meet minimum performance standards set by the company from any location (home based, in-office or hybrid).Must have hustle and grit, we care more about your potential for results than education and experience.
