SUMMARY:
The position is responsible in taking the lead in planning and developing sourcing programs to ensure hiring of quality personnel and maintain a continuous pool of highly qualified applicants.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversees implementation of sourcing activities/initiatives and prepares detailed post-activity reports.
• Oversees the supervision of sourcing personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution. evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
• Coordinates with job portals and maintains resume data bank for key positions.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
• Provides strategic input on best sourcing channels or effective methods for sourcing candidates and for functional talent through new and existing partnerships with vendors.
• Ensures that there are enough candidate sources to meet the needs of all assigned business units.
• Works closely with Recruitment Manager to help determine staffing strategy, obtain position requirements, ensure that job descriptions are updated and obtain job behavioral profiles.
• Develops recommendations and present findings to department management; participating in special projects as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years recruiting experience in a BPO set-up, Recruitment firm, Sourcing or Outbound Team Lead
• With experience/ background in Marketing or Recruitment branding would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Knowledge of general recruitment processes
• Must be amenable to work in QC and is okay to travel to our other sites and in a dayshift/midshift schedule as well as graveyard if needed
