Introduction:
TRT is a Global IT services company based out Clark Global City Pampanga.
Due to our growth, we are requiring a dynamic group of telesales specialists to arrange meetings for our sales team in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
The successful applicants need to demonstrate a proven track in arrange meetings or telesales to B2B contacts outside the Philippines.
Cultural we require individuals that have a high sense of urgency, target oriented, resilient and demonstrate professionalism in all they do.
Less experienced can be considered if they can demonstrate the above values in their previous sales experience
Key Deliverables:
1. Compliance with TRT Policies and adherence to the prospecting call flow
2. Prospecting Activity
On a weekly basis, needs to achieve each of the following Key Performance Indicators:
· New Business Meetings
· Successful Calls
· Total Calls
Goals are set depending on the region the Telemarketer is assigned
3. Internal Meetings
The Telemarketer is required to make all of these meetings to assist with developing of further business.
· Attend Weekly Sales Meetings (Monday)
· Attend Weekly 1 on 1 meeting with the TL to discuss new business opportunities
4. Data Integrity – NetSuite
The Telemarketer is to maintain full accuracy of the NetSuite records assigned to that Telemarketer in NetSuite.
· 100% accuracy in all contact information
· Full accuracy of all scheduled prospecting and sales activity
Professional Capabilities:
Master in Phone Prospecting to arrange meetings with prospects/ customersWorking knowledge of complex B2B sales/ buying processKnowledge of IT infrastructure – hardware, software, storageExperience in working with a CRM package – preferably NetSuiteCompetent with Word, Excel and PowerPointRequirements:
Must be willing to work on site in Clark Global City, PampangaStrong phone skillsSolid Experience in Sales/ TelemarketingExcellent English Communication skillsMust be available to start anytime
