Role and Responsibilities

Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.Safe keep all the orders and monitoring customer accounts.providing data and reports to help the sales team.keep track of sales targets by updating Customer Unserved Report (CUR).Ensure the correctness of the invoice and delivery receipt to be issued.Coordinates stock request to warehouse prior scheduling of the deliveries.Answering phone calls.Scheduling deliveries.Measure and report the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery activities and employees performance.other tasks to be given to perform from time to time by the Management.

Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.Secure all customer documents and safe keep all files.Never disclosed confidential information to others.
