Support planning and coordination of a program and its activitiesEnsure implementation of policies and practicesMonitor project budget and track expenditures/transactionsHandle the project related financial administrationHelp build positive relations within the team and external partiesKeep all the members of the team up-to-date with the developments related programs being handledDevelop methodologies to assess the viability of success of programsImplement systems to measure the progress of initiativesMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programsOversee the development of evaluation or monitoring systemsSchedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agendaEnsure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations, etc.)prepare paperwork and order materialKeep updated records and create reports or proposalsSupport growth and program developmentCreate presentations, summaries and helping materials to ensure better communications and company -wide understanding of the programJob Qualifications:
Must possess a bachelors degree in Business/Management/Communication or related fieldWith at least 2 years of experience in Program Coordination, Project Development/Management or Brand ManagementIn-depth knowledge of program management and development proceduresHands on experience in budgeting, bookkeeping and reportingExcellent organizational and time-management skillsOutstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsGood attention to details and a problem solver
