The Director of Key Accounts is responsible for planning and execution of our Go-to-Market strategy in the modern trade (Key Accounts) channel in the market.
As the Director of Key Accounts, you will be reporting to the Sales and Distribution Director and be expected to:
Manages the execution of our brand building and distribution efforts in the modern trade channels where novel oral tobacco products and other TNBTI products will be distributed and staged in.Oversees the development of a sound strategy for positioning our brands in modern trade chains by recommending/proposing the ideal structure and requisite infrastructure to ensure the proper and effective execution of our strategyEnsures the efficient execution in the day-to-day operations of our Key Account sales forceDevelops the necessary tactical actions to ensure our products effectively combat competitive actions and enhance our brands’ positioning in more sophisticated trade channelsBuilds a sustainable pool of talent that will serve as the pipeline for future commercial leaders in the overall TNBTI organizationThe successful candidate needs to be:
