Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business related course, Industrial Engineer, Management Engineering or equivalent.At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Category /Brand Management.Willing to work in One Ecom, MOA, Pasay CityOur Category Manager (Health Business) is responsible for developing and executing a category plan to bring growth in sales, margins and profitability through:
1. Market, customer and competitor analysis
2. Product range development
3. Supplier negotiation
4. Trade promotions and activities
5. Basic store merchandising.
Role focuses on
Supplier management through collaborative category promotions and plans that will result in increased market share and positive sales and margin growth, and 100% completion of TTAs according to agreed timelines.Business development through quarterly review and analysis of the market dynamics , development and implementation of category building programs resulting in positive sales and margins and increased market share according to agreed metrics and periodics assesment of competitors activities , pricing and promo initiatives.
