JOB SUMMARY:

          The Assistant Project Sales Manager is responsible in selling NELTEX products to the Philippines’ top 10 developers, water companies and from to other key accounts specified by Management. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.   100% achievement of monthly & annual sales targets

2.   Ensures achievement of collection targets in compliance with credit and collection policies.

3.   Develops & maintain long term relationships with key decision makers to influence purchases based on NELTEX product advantages and not to focus on price driven approaches.

4.   Responsible to ensure that NELTEX brands are used from start to the finish of an awarded project

MINOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare annual, monthly and weekly sales plans ensure achievement of product mix and Sales target per customer.

2. evaluates gathered market information from primary and secondary sources to be able to plan necessary measures.

3. Conducts regular account visitation, submit Itineraries, daily call report, weekly progress sales lead status.

4.  Conducts technical presentation to decision makers to influence decision to use NELTEX specs.

5.  Attends social functions to promote strong business connections.

6.  Works closely with Customer Sales Support in the management of timely supply of products to customers

ACCOUNTABILITY:

1. Confidential handling of proprietary information of the company and customers.

2. Assigned company’s service vehicle.

3. Assigned company laptop.

WORKING CONDITION:

Field-based. Incumbent spends considerable number of hours in conducting client visitation involving local travels. Performs sales and market analysis, checking of detailed reports, and developing strategic action plans. Faced and must meet several deadlines. Regularly meets with internal and external contacts.
