Job Description:
Will manage day-to-day relationship with the retail tenants, initiating management reports related to the area of responsibility
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College DegreeAt least 3 years working experience in mall operations or property administration, on a supervisory capacityWith experience in a customer service oriented industryWith good leadership skills and personnel administrative management skills.Customer-service oriented has the ability to work with flexible schedule.Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor marketing activities, security, and housekeeping personnelEnsure good customer service and satisfaction of the mall tenants and customersAddress immediately all equipment and/or building repairs.Support, deputize, and act on area manager and general manager instructions and directionsEnsures strict implementation of Mall House Rules and Procedures, pertaining to tenants.Adhere to the mall standards operating systems and procedures
