Job Roles and Functions
*Manages the finance activities of the Group towards accurate and on-time delivery of reports for internal and external use, proper management of cash, and compliance with the regulatory bodies and internal policies.
* Supervises tax compliance activities of the Group from computation, filing, payment, and recording up to reporting, including participation in any networking group or committee
*Supervises cash management activities of the Group, including the processing of claims with the insurance company
*Consolidates and analyzes the labor cost, tax, cash, and other balance sheet items budget and forecast with due consideration of the relevant laws/regulations and past/present/future transactions
*Supervises the coordination with the interested parties regarding tax and financial compliance activities
*Reviews financial and tax worksheets and disclosures relative to the FS preparation, including other reportorial requirements
*Reviews monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for submission to IBI Japan
*with ERP knowledgeable (e.g. Oracle)
