A successful company bringing together the skills, knowledge and expertise of a range of professionals with backgrounds and experiences in the WFM industry. They are in the lookout for a Sr. WFM Director / WFM Director role.
Responsible for the overall design, implementation, delivery and
performance of the entire Workforce Management team in order to support the business priorities and objectives.
Shall provide leadership and expertise in all aspects of WFM to ensure timely and accurate planning of resources required to meet the program’s metrics, maximizing agent productivity and optimizing cost through fact-based forecasting and capacity planning, efficient scheduling and timely/accurate reporting of performance.
Experienced as a People Manager for at least 5-10 years.
Experienced working for oversees accounts and programs.
Has handled a big team of WFM professionals.
Must have very strong workforce management background.
Ability to multi task, can work well with others, has a sense of responsibility
Must be a team player with the ability to communicate to a wide
range of individuals including senior management
Problem solving and analytical skills critical.
