Sales Executive - Outbound (Visaya Speaker)

Sales activitiesMeeting or exceeding sales quotas.Outbound Calls to Potential CustomersMaking outbound calls to the contacts of prospective customers.Outbound Calls to Existing CustomersMaintain relationships with existing customers (to prevent churn) and encourage them to further use the company's products and services (up-selling and cross-selling), referral other potential customers and announcements Generating leads from identified channelsNegotiating all contracts with prospective clients.Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.Answering client questions/inquiries/concerns about products, credit terms, prices and availability.Post-sale follow-upRelation & follow-up job with patients in the Processing list and the Waiting listMaintaining client records.ReportingPreparing weekly and monthly reports.Preparing weekly and monthly reports to the management.Attending and cooperating to weekly and monthly meetings.Understanding and promoting company programs.Other assigned tasks in connection to Sales by the manager/employer

Ⅱ. Qualifications:

Graduate of a 4 year Bachelor degree related in Sales and Marketing preferably Business Administration3 years of Experience working in an outbound call centermost recent sales experience is 18 monthsGood English communication skills both in speaking and writingVisayan speakerExcellent customer service and sales skills Strong verbal and written communicator Advanced presentation skills in person and over the phone  ProfessionalismCustomer-centeredMultitaskerSelf-motivated, self-disciplined and can do the job with minimal supervision
