BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for resolving the order & inventory problems and provide countermeasure; filing orders and other sales & marketing requestsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternated means for filings orders and notifying ManagersProvides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reportsPrepares sales presentation by compiling data, developing presentation formats and materials and distribute monthly reportsMonitors and prepares monthly inventory reportsTrack sales and marketing expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing and summarizing expenses, forwarding for reimbursementSets Agendas, keeps minutes and accommodates special requests for meetingsReviews and confirms group filesProvides feedback on process efficienciesUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunitiesPerforms other related duties which may be assigned from time to timeJOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BSBA Management / Marketing and/or any Business related course/sWith experience in administrative works and excellent in handling customersGood in verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical, Customer Oriented and Keen to detailsComputer Savvy (MS Office Applications)
