Job Summary:
Provides assistance to the Accounting Manager in overseeing daily accounting operations with focus in ensuring maintenance of general ledger accounts and preparation of monthly reports. Ensures exemplary customer service to the stakeholders with accurate information and timely solutions to inquiries or problems.
Monitor and process account payables (A/P)Assist in preparing various financial and administrative reportsPrepare and release check to internal and external clients and ensure swift payment of invoicesMonitor, review, and prepare report of petty cash fund and expenditure costingEnsure update of check register monitoring and general ledgerPrepare and process BIR reportsPreparation of BIR ReportsJob Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant will be an advantageProficiency in the effective reporting standards and tax regulationsWith or without work experienceKeen to details and ability to do multi-tasking is preferredStrong Excel and database skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsOpen for fresh graduates
