Talent Acquisition Head

Roles and Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding.Conceptualize, plan, implement and measure recruitment initiatives that support the specific objectives of the Company.Review existing or develop new recruitment policies and proceduresPartner with Human Resource Business Partners to manage the recruitment of the various workstreams.Oversee the hiring of management members.Utilize multiple capabilities including digital tools, firsthand and secondhand data to drive the recruitment strategies of the Company. Continually measure and improve the group metrics.Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Provide insights, advice, and leadership to the Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or similar courses.Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager7 years of recruitment experienceSolid experience on full-cycle recruitment processStrong stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
