Job Description
Primarily responsible for the effective and efficient administration of Employees' Welfare and Benefits services in accordance with the organization's philosophy and policies on human resources and in compliance with the rules and regulations of the government regulatory bodies (DOLE, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and BIR) on employment
A. EDUCATION : A graduate of any Behavioral Science course or Human Resource Management or any Business related courses
B. EXPERIENCE : one (1) year of relevant work experience is an advantage
Competency Requirements
A. Knowledge
1. Computer Literate
2. Has knowledge on basic functions or roles of HROD in an organization
3. Has knowledge in Labor Laws and other related materials pertinent to the execution of the job.
4. Preferably has knowledge in spreadsheet and photo-editing applications
B. Skills
1. With good analytical skills; decisive and detail oriented.
2. With above average planning and organization and communication skills.
3. With good interpersonal Skills
C. Attitudes/ Traits
1. Has initiative and can work with minimum supervision.
