Responsible in processing and timely deployment of manpower requests and implementation of training programs of the store.
1. Sources applicants through;
a. Going to Schools
b. Networking
c. Head Hunting
d. Advertisements
e. Referrals
f. Walk-Ins
g. Line Recruitment
h. Databank
2. Conducts paper and physical screening.
3. Conducts preliminary interview.
4. Administers examinations.
5. Short lists applicants. Endorses short listed applicants to concerned Department OICs for final selection.
6. Issues pre-employment requirements to the hired applicants.
7. Receives and evaluates submitted requirements. Prepares endorsement letters for new employees.
8. Maintains custody and confidentiality of all test materials and recruitment papers. Also monitors and processes replenishment of all recruitment forms.
9. Files recruitment documents for future reference.
Responsible for computing the hours/ days worked of all employees in the store and in the execution of timekeeping related activities.
