Sourcing Staff (Consultant)

The Role

As a Sourcing Staff (Consultant), you will be responsible for providing support throughout the sourcing process to ensure a continuous pool of candidates for the Bank's various rank and file hiring requirements. Functions may cover the following areas: sourcing and screening, scheduling of candidates for online examination and interview, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

How you'll contribute

Screen and profile rank and file candidates with the existing hiring requirements.Facilitate scheduling of candidates for online examinations and interviews. Review and score the candidate's examination results.Develops and ensures an effective working relationship and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Effectively executes assigned special projects and initiatives (i.e., School Partnership, Hiring Activity, etc.)Collaborates with Digital Marketing Team in creating and executing various social media and online campaigns to generate leads and attract qualified applicantsEmployment Duration is for 6 months

What we’re looking for

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the field of Management, Psychology, or relatedWith at least 1 year of experience in Human ResourcesAverage communication and presentation skillsKeen and high attention to detail.Proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)Creative and Imaginative
