In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the E&BC Leader to embed ethics and
business conduct into all of PwC's operations, culture and relationships. This serves to: Build
our People; Strengthen our Culture; Serve our Clients; Enhance our Brand; and Manage our
Risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare an E&BC risk assessment to assess policies and procedures in place whichrespond to E&BC risks.
Prepare and assist the E&BC Leader in implementing the E&BC action plan and annual plan and monitor achievement of the plan on a regular basis.Prepare and assist the E&BC Leader in implementing an annual E&BC training curriculum and other appropriate communications for partners and staff.Prepare communication materials (i.e. E&BC email alerts) and training materials to reinforce compliance with the PwC Code of Conduct and PwC Values and to communicate Network and local E&BC policies and processes to all relevant partners and staff.Facilitate training sessions on E&BC and monitor the status.Assist the E&BC Leader in implementing the firm’s complaints and/or allegation process and resolving Ethical matters in a timely basis, including completing appropriate documentation.Assist in implementing the PwC Third Party Code of Conduct and monitoring implementation thereof.Annually undertake monitoring to assess compliance with the E&BC Standard, Network Risk Management Policies and local policies and guidance, and in coordination with the E&BC Leader resolve deficiencies where identified.Prepare E&BC reports for the E&BC Leader in her reporting to the Leadership (i.e. Oversight Board, Assurance Partners, etc.)Coordinate with other relevant groups to ensure compliance with the PwC Code of Conduct and PwC Values.Involvement in internal and external reviews, including regulatory reviews.Lead and provide guidance to junior staff members, including monitoring the achievement of their assigned tasks.The Senior Team Member should also be open and willing to be assigned to other tasks related to the role.
