We are looking for a new member to support our dynamic organization. The Corporate Quality Management Systems Head oversees the implementation of the quality management systems plans, operations and programs of the department.

QMS Head Responsibilities:

·        Initiation, implementation, follow up & continuous improvement of all measures related to QMS;

·        Implementation and operation of the quality assurance and control systems, by planning and conducting internal quality audits and inspection of activities at the head/main office and project sites;

·        Ensure implementation and continuous improvement in overall Quality Systems;

·        Ensure compliance for all Company and local authority requirements for Quality;

·        Review, update and control, the distribution of the Quality Management Procedure, Quality Manual and related procedures within the Company;

·        Ensure that all non-conformance issues are properly investigated and corrective and preventive actions are proposed/implemented and are quickly closed out;

·        Ensure Customer Satisfactions are monitored/measured and improvement/corrective actions taken for weak areas.

 Requirements:

·        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field;

·        Preferably with Quality Management Workflow, Quality Structure and Process Excellence, Audit experience;

·        Excellent understanding of Quality Tools, Creation of Quality framework and it’s methodologies;

·        Good understanding in QMS and ISO9001:2015;

·        Enthusiastic, dynamic, result oriented and value driven;

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

·        Must possess strong interpersonal skills;

·        Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally;

·        Good presentation skills;

·        Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently;

·        Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work quality;

·        Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction and must be able to improve performance through management feedback;

·        Ability to work with confidential information;

·        Must be adept at problem solving including being able to identify issues and resolve it in a timely manner.
