RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle guests and suppliers in the reception area and guide them to the person-in-charge.Receive mails, bills, packages, etc. for the company and employees.Answer incoming telephone calls and make outgoing telephone calls for the administration.Assists in Visa Application documentation.o execute administration work that will be given from time to time.REQUIREMENTS:
Fresh Graduate of any reputable College or UniversityCandidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in any related Administrative, Business, and Back Office field.With pleasing personality and can work in a cross-cultural environment.With excellent English communication skills.Knowledgeable in MS Office.
