RESPONSIBILITIES:• Responsible for creation, reactivation and deletion of login IDs for all covered LOBs• Ensures that Master Rosters /Master lists, Hyper Quality, Active Hierarchy, HR Audit, and other similar files specific to each LOB are properly maintained• Attends project calls for new programs from planning to launch, to ensure that all needs and requirements of clients pertaining ID and access management for their respective LOB tools are met and delivered• Ensure users do not encounter issues with their logon IDs and tools. Performs basic troubleshooting and/or escalates tool and logon issues when necessary• Liaises with clients to ensure new (hire) IDs are delivered based on the projected timeline• Oversees and facilitates password resets for client tools based on requests from operations/affected stakeholders• Maintains Cinglepoint Hierarchy and other similar files pertinent to each LOB, critical to scores and agent incentives• Conducts Master Roster audits for all supported LOBs to ensure accuracy of ATUIDs and/or logon IDs pertinent to the LOB, issued for VXI• Directly coordinates with the client for escalated ID issues and Headcount reports and related client update calls• Responsible for maintaining accurate headcount numbers for all LOBs supported as well as client reports.• Coordinates with Operations and Support to verify and consolidate head count• Ensure new hire classes are on track- IDs and Tool Access delivered in a timely manner• Responsible for reaching out to POCs and Client Services Team for assistance in the event that  access and tool issues cause delays in delivery• Prepare New Hire Deck presentations for bi- weekly calls with the US training team.• Check and respond to email requests from stakeholders and ensure Access and Tool related concerns are properly addressed and facilitated in a timely manner• Attend client calls and meetings that require ID ADMIN participation.• Ensure all weekly reports are sent in a timely mannerREQUIREMENTS:• With excellent MS work & Excel skills• Must be amenable to work in Davao and in a graveyard schedule
