• Customer Support Manager is multifaceted role responsible for the company’s customer journey- onboarding, support and training.
Key Responsibilities
This position offers a vast array of rewarding career opportunities, including, but not limited to, the following:
Assist new customers with the setup of their system and data migration from previous systemsRespond to customer support queriesCreate new support articles, maintain and expand knowledgebaseWorking with the product team to troubleshoot potential issuesBecome familiar with our software and any new featuresInternal testing, gather and share customer feedback to the product teamHelp out the software team with various administrative tasksDevelop an understanding of the health-medical software industry and the different software availableBuild relationships with clients, conduct account reviews and follow-ups with existing clients on a regular basisResponding to customer enquiries via our communication channels including social mediaPosition Requirements
Successful applicants will demonstrate:
5+ years’ experience in IT and in particular software application support (level 2)Good understanding of Excel and the different application databasesStrong communication and presentation skillsOutstanding customer service skillsTech-savvy, fast learnerEnthusiasm, confidence, positive in presenting to a group of peopleStrong documentation skills with high attention to detailsAbility to manage and field customer enquiries with confidencePunctual, organized and attention to detailPrior experience: Customer engagement on the Social Media platforms (Facebook/Instagram)Prior experience: Dental industry is desirable but not necessaryWork ethic with the ability to multitask, in an organized and coherent mannerWORK DETAILS:
Shift: Mondays to Fridays/ Saturday, 6:00AM- 3:00PM (PH Time), with possibility of rotating shifts in the coming months after onboarding.Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further NoticeStatus: Open to Full time and Contractor
