HR Supervisor (Hybrid)

Supervises an assigned Team in delivering recruitment service level agreement and adherence to recruitment standards and enforcement of company policies through effective people development, team engagement and performance management.

Helps design and develop recruitment process in the organization including but not limited to job description, recruitment measurement, analytics, and report/strategy presentation.

Explores the market best practices and implements appropriate strategies in the organization.
