Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, edit and maintain geospatial data and databasePerform spatial analysis and create thematic maps for reports and presentationsDevelop automation tools related to GIS analysisCreate & maintain web and mobile map application published via ArcGIS online and ArcGIS EnterpriseProvide end-user support on GIS related issues.Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Geomatics Engineering, or any related disciplinesRelevant experience on GIS analysis, database development and programming.Experienced in web or mobile application development using Javascript, HTML5, and CSSExperienced in GIS backend languages and frameworks e.g. Django, GDAL, GeoPandas and mapping libraries such as Leaflet, OpenLayers, Turf JSExperienced on FOSS (e.g QGIS, Geonode, Geoserver)Knowledge on Gitlab, GitHubProficiency using ESRI ArcGIS desktop software suite and its extension – editing, data creation, analysis, map productionProficient in ESRI server product including the ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS onlineExperience in Python scripting for geoprocessing and automation.Understanding or experience on construction industry, flood modeling assessment related knowledge would be an advantage.
