Position Summary:
The Sales Audit Lead is responsible for the over-all management and recording of mall transactions with regards to general accounting, billing, assets control, budget and financial analysis sections.
Job Description:
Ensure timely and accurate monthly tenants’ sales for billing to percentage tenants.Ensure the timely submission and preparation of the following:Weekly Sales ReportMonthly Sales Growth Percentage ReportPercentage Tenants Sales SummaryAnnual Sales ReportMonthly Sales Discrepancy ReportEnsure uninterrupted connectivity of all concerned tenants to the mall’s serverCoordinate with external sales auditor related to Audit assessmentEnsure connectivity of all POS machines to the mall’s serverJob Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.Certified Public Accountant is an advantage but not required.With at least 3 to 4 years of experience in Accounting functions in Mall set up or equivalent.Knowledgeable in MS Applications.Willing to be assigned in Alabang.
