Under the general supervision, the IT Analyst is responsible for providing technical suppoort, e.g., testing of enhancements, to help the Division in managing the Electronic Delivery Channels more effectively. He provides assistance to ensure internal systems run smoothly and that users maximize benefits from them. The IT analyst also designs and implements information systems that optimize organizational efficiency.
